1878年創立。カナダ・モントリオールに近いバーリントンという小さな町に位置している。キャンパスにはヴィクトリア風の建築や現代的なビルなどが40ほど並び、湖が目の前に広がっている。人気の専攻はビジネス、初等教育、会計学など。キャリアを中心に考えたカリキュラムになっており、約96％の専攻でインターンシップがある。約９7％の学生が卒業後就職しており、強力な就職指導も魅力。国内26州、外国28カ国から約1,800名の学生が学んでいる。留学生は約75人で、大学は留学生に親身なサポートを提供している。
