大学の紹介
1884年創立。インディアナ州アンゴラにメインキャンパスを持つ共学の私立大学。校名にStateとつくが州立ではない。アンゴラのほか、州内４カ所に分校がある。アンゴラキャンパスでは大々的に建物の改修工事が行われており、2007年秋には大規模な大学センタービルがオープンの予定。完成すれば３２５席の劇場、食堂、寮、書店、ロッククライミング施設、コーヒーショップなどが入り、学生たちの交流と憩いの場になる。
