1967年創立。デラウェア州ニューキャッスル近くのウィルミントンに立地する私立大学。ニューキャッスルまで約13キロ、車で10分ほどの距離。隣のペンシルバニア州の最大都市フィラデルフィアには車で約30分と比較的近い。人気の専攻はビジネスマネージメントと教育学。学部生が専攻できる分野は約20と限られている。基本的に通学生を対象とした大学のため、今のところ留学生はほとんどいない。キャンパス自体はさほど広くなく、寮もないため、留学生にとって良い勉学環境とは言えない。
